1. Processing Time

All orders for our cleaning and household care products are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days.

Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery options will be calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 5 to 7 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Once a package is handed over to the delivery company, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check online and see exactly where your package is and when it will arrive.

4. Shipping Issues & Damages

We pack our products carefully so they don't leak or break, but sometimes accidents happen during delivery.

  • Wrong Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible if a package is lost or delayed because of an incorrect address.

  • Damaged or Leaking Items: If your order arrives broken or leaking, please contact us right away with a photo of the damage so we can send you a replacement.
